A collaborative project with the trans community to develop a trans health tool for mental health professionals. This tool is meant to be an anti-oppressive psychometric and educational tool that may be used in training courses, research, and program evaluation.

An action research project that is creating a record of the change process at a Faculty of Education that other faculties across Canada may reference when addressing gender barriers.
Sexual script flexibility and navigating sexual issues in bisexual individuals

Supervised by Dr. Caroline Pukall and Dr. Stephanie Gauvin
First, we examined the generalizability of the instrumental pathway of sexual communication with bisexual individuals. We also investigated how sexual script flexibility related to sexual satisfaction through the factors of the instrumental pathway.

Guidelines for affirmative and inclusive pronoun practices
Co-led with Archie Crowley, Ph.D. Candidate
A guide with recommendations for best practices in affirmative and inclusive teaching in higher education. The guide can be used by course instructors, coordinators, TAs, and other educational staff.
Guest Speaking and Lecturing

Topics: sexual health, activism in applied psychology, introduction to survey design, and introduction to quantitative methods.

Curriculum Developer
Roots and Wings, Kingston, Canada
Collaboratively develop educational workshops for racialized girls between 8 and 14. Workshops focus on identity exploration and learning about social justice in a fun and age-appropriate way.
Training Facilitator
Lead the restructuring and facilitation of 4 training cycles for incoming volunteers to integrate evidence-based teaching practices.

Develop and lead tutorials on statistical procedures and critical analysis of research methods for graduate students and faculty members.

Led an inquiry to better understand the structural strengths and issues found throughout the journeys of graduate student TAs at Queen’s University from before they are hired to the end of their tenure as TAs. Our work centres the voices of
graduate student TAs, with support from faculty and staff, to highlight major challenges, strengths, barriers, and opportunities related to TA experiences.
